We are proud to be part of the Urban Learning Partnership, a Birmingham Education Partnership (BEP) accredited Peer Review Group comprising 9 schools across north Birmingham in a variety of settings. We work collaboratively and strategically on bespoke and shared ideas for school improvement across the partnership.

The partnership works on an annual cycle of peer review, evaluation and support which benefits all members.

Areas at Featherstone Nursery School that have been positively impacted through this work are staff deployment; SEND and the development of distributed leadership.
